Job Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers by phone to introduce the latest promotional offers.
- Work closely with the sales team to encourage repeat purchases and continued customer engagement.
- Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Handle routine follow-up work and support the department's daily operations.
- Maintain professional communication quality during outbound sales activity.
Job Requirements
- Form 5 graduate or above, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of telesales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Self-driven, disciplined, responsible and able to work well with a team.
- Good spoken and written Chinese communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with willingness to support sales targets.
