Job Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers by phone to introduce the latest promotional offers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to encourage repeat purchases and continued customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Handle routine follow-up work and support the department's daily operations.
  • Maintain professional communication quality during outbound sales activity.

Job Requirements

  • Form 5 graduate or above, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of telesales or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, responsible and able to work well with a team.
  • Good spoken and written Chinese communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with willingness to support sales targets.
