Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations including vendor coordination, renewals, procurement, settlement, courier, printing and staff welfare support.
- Ensure business locations and treatment centers remain in good condition through facility management and maintenance follow-up.
- Coordinate new projects from setup to completion with cross-functional teams.
- Manage administrative assets such as SIM cards, keys and uniforms, and follow up renovation works when required.
- Maintain the budget system and yearly administration calendar to control costs and keep timelines on track.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of general administration experience; beauty, retail, club house or hospitality exposure is an advantage.
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong service mindset, interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, organization and time management.
- Able to multitask, work independently and stay responsible in a fast-paced environment.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese, plus proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
