Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities as the primary client contact and grow the customer base through proactive outreach.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients and turn requirements into executable sales plans.
  • Research market trends and competitors, then recommend practical sales strategies to exceed targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while balancing growth opportunities with company margin expectations.
  • Prepare campaign reports, advertising analysis and competitor monitoring, and coordinate project execution with all parties involved.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising production.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales and relationship management.
  • Exposure to blogger networks, banner ads, ad serving, e-marketing, social platforms or digital advertising is preferred.
  • Outgoing, detail-minded, patient and positive with both new and existing clients.
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; immediate availability is an advantage.
  • Diploma or above; Business Administration or Communications related disciplines are preferred.
