Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in executing seasonal promotional offers for beauty and medical products.
  • Use the internal booking system to arrange treatment appointments for customers.
  • Handle inbound calls, customer enquiries and feedback collection with a service-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate order follow-up and home delivery arrangements for product sales.
  • Provide day-to-day support to keep sales administration and customer service operations running smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • Form 5 graduate or above, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh DSE graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Customer service experience of 1 year or above is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, responsible and team-oriented.
  • Good communication skills, fluent Cantonese and basic daily computer knowledge including MS Office and Chinese/English input.
