Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution and review of social media campaigns, website content, sales programs and company events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and sharper product positioning.
- Develop loyalty, retention and rewards programs that improve customer engagement and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams, KOLs and external partners to deliver high-quality campaign materials and advertorial exposure.
- Review campaign, segmentation and sales data regularly to optimize ROI and future marketing strategy.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of solid marketing experience.
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong beauty and health market is preferred.
- Strong creativity, flexibility, business sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Immediate availability is a definite advantage.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, PR & Communications, or a related discipline.
