Job Responsibilities
- Monitor business systems and networks to ensure stable, reliable and secure operations.
- Provide end-user support for software, hardware, VM servers and network equipment.
- Maintain inventory records for servers, PCs, laptops, printers, firewalls, switches and related assets.
- Create Office 365 accounts, maintain backup jobs and update IT procedures and documentation.
- Troubleshoot user issues across Windows, Mac, printers, NAS, mobile devices and digital signage systems.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Around 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- Linux server knowledge and hands-on network configuration experience are advantages.
- Able to work independently under pressure and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese; immediate availability is preferred.
