Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor business systems and networks to ensure stable, reliable and secure operations.
  • Provide end-user support for software, hardware, VM servers and network equipment.
  • Maintain inventory records for servers, PCs, laptops, printers, firewalls, switches and related assets.
  • Create Office 365 accounts, maintain backup jobs and update IT procedures and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot user issues across Windows, Mac, printers, NAS, mobile devices and digital signage systems.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Around 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Linux server knowledge and hands-on network configuration experience are advantages.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese; immediate availability is preferred.
