Job Responsibilities
- Provide pain treatment, wellness services and professional Chinese medicine consultation for customers.
- Recommend herbal prescriptions, dietary advice and health management suggestions based on clinical judgment.
- Explain Chinese medicine concepts, treatment options and care expectations clearly to customers.
- Maintain high standards of professional ethics, patient care and service attitude.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team while managing cases responsibly and carefully.
Job Requirements
- Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner qualification in Hong Kong is required.
- Recognized degree in Chinese Medicine or equivalent academic qualification.
- Specialist qualifications or certified specialist skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of acupuncture, cupping and scraping therapies is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, patience and sense of responsibility.
