Job Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline promoter and sell company products through department store counters, pop-up stores and seasonal booths.
- Manage the promoter team through manpower allocation, target setting, performance reviews and daily coaching.
- Support recruitment, training and development to ensure promoters understand the products and can sell effectively.
- Handle sales administration including roster planning, inventory control and booth setup.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, partners and suppliers.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail sales or related experience; supplement or health product exposure is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and motivating promoter teams.
- Solid understanding of offline channels and confidence in face-to-face product selling.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area and work shifts when needed.
