Job Responsibilities

  • Train and develop promoters so they can present products effectively and drive sales performance.
  • Manage manpower allocation, performance monitoring, goal setting and regular team reviews.
  • Sell company products through offline channels such as counters, pop-up stores and seasonal booths.
  • Handle roster planning, inventory management and booth setup as part of daily sales administration.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, partners and suppliers to support stable business operations.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of retail sales or related experience; health or supplement product exposure is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and motivating frontline teams.
  • Solid knowledge of offline sales channels and confidence in direct product promotion.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Flexible enough to travel between assigned locations and work shifts when needed.
