Job Responsibilities
- Train and develop promoters so they can present products effectively and drive sales performance.
- Manage manpower allocation, performance monitoring, goal setting and regular team reviews.
- Sell company products through offline channels such as counters, pop-up stores and seasonal booths.
- Handle roster planning, inventory management and booth setup as part of daily sales administration.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, partners and suppliers to support stable business operations.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail sales or related experience; health or supplement product exposure is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and motivating frontline teams.
- Solid knowledge of offline sales channels and confidence in direct product promotion.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Flexible enough to travel between assigned locations and work shifts when needed.
